Sketch challenge

Seeing that Maddy has been teaching us how to do sketches i thought i would have a go at doing Dotties World candy challenge. I am not entering it as i don't know how to do a link but i thought it would be practise for me because i had to think what to do by my self and that in its self is a challenge for me he he. Any way i hope you like it.

LESSON

Hi everyone,

sorry for not blogging for a while,this card is a sketch that Maddy was teaching us at our craft group the sticky-fixers. Firstly i coloured her in using my water colour pencils, the flowers in the plant pot i used my flower-soft. I am still trying to get a perfect picture with my camera but it is still a little blurry.

PARCHMENT

Today i thought i would do something different so i got my parchment stuff out, i don't know about you but i just love it better now because i can do a little it is so delicate. I coloured the hearts in dark lilac and i did the same with the centre of the flowers.

Bunny

I thought i would have another go with my whispers, people that know me [ Maddy ] know that i have had a problem with them Maddy has shown me loads of times how to do the shading but it just would not sink in, in fact i got on a lot better with the copic pens. Any way i started to colour bunny in and i think i am starting to get the hang of it even though it is not perfect i think he is looking quite good.

RAIL FENCING [ I THINK ]

Well i think that is what you call it, i used grey and pinks for this one.

SPIDERS WEB

This one is called spiders web [ dont like spiders ],the colours are pinks, blues, and greens the outside lookes tatty but we have to put a boarder around it.

PATCHWORK AND QUILTING

I have always fancied learning how to do quilting so just before Xmas i started a college coarse, i must admit i thought to myself that i would never like it but I LOVE IT .

The first one i am going to show you is called A TRIP AROUND THE WORLD!!!. The colours i have used are pale blues and pink.
